To protect you, Hera13 enforces strict app-only ride policies. Off‑app pickups are not allowed. By law, drivers must be able to accept cash when a rider requests it, but we strongly favor secure cashless payments processed through our Stripe partner for safety, accountability and reduced dispute risk.
